Lovely National Trust Property with a little beach, art gallery of local artists, cafe in a courtyard, shop, house and formal gardens and woods. 10 mins drive from the house. Nice circular walks and opportunities for crabbing at high tide for the kids. A must visit.

The Bissoe Biking Trail is just up the road from the house. It's great for a run or walk to Devoran (if you go early you can see muntjak, rabbits etc), a visit to the nature reserve for some pond dipping with the kids, picking up some pasties from Pete's Pasties, visiting the little open air sweet shop, or picking up some bikes from Bissoe Bike hire and cycling to the beach!

The Bissoe Biking Trail is just up the road from the house. It's great for a run or walk to Devoran (if you go early you can see muntjak, rabbits etc), a visit to the nature reserve for some pond dipping with the kids, picking up some pasties from Pete's Pasties, visiting the little open air sweet shop, or picking up some bikes from Bissoe Bike hire and cycling to the beach!
Lovely big National Trust beach 25 mins drive away (the long way not the ferry way) on the Roseland. Good car park close to beach. Rockpools and white sand.

Local Falmouth beach with good restaurant and bakery on the beach. You can rent paddle boards here and the next beach along has good rock pools. Easy on road parking. Combine with a visit to Falmouth town and habour or perhaps some fish and chips at Habour Lights restaurant.

Local Falmouth beach with good restaurant and bakery on the beach. You can rent paddle boards here and the next beach along has good rock pools. Easy on road parking. Combine with a visit to Falmouth town and habour or perhaps some fish and chips at Habour Lights restaurant.
Dramatic scenery, a bit of a drive but worth it. National Trust car park and enjoyable walk down to the beach. Stunning casts out to sea.
