A great trail to rent bikes or walk on, this a beautiful way to spend a few hours in the area. The relative flatness of the trail is helpful if you have younger kids or prefer an easier journey. It's also close to many downtown dining areas!

Bold Rock is just minutes from Devils Backbone. It's one of the biggest cidery's in the area and has some great indoor and outdoor seating. I'd suggest starting with the "flight" and working up from there.
