A great bagel shop, it rivals many in NYC! It's tucked into a massive shopping center, but don't be fooled by Manhattan Bagels right on the main road - Strathmore definitely runs the Shirley bagel scene!

Again very close by, it's a great little Salvadoran restaurant that even has DJs on weekends. If that's not your thing, the food is on point the rest of the time!

Super close to the house, and so much fun! It's super relaxing and they let you loose on the river that feeds into nature preserve.

A beautiful wildlife refuge known for its water fowl, the house literally backs up to the refuge. The entrance is literally in the neighborhood so if you're into being in nature and seeing some animals then this is for you!

The Beach
The only bar or restaurant at the beach, they have really good frozen Pina Coladas and other drinks that you can bring onto the beach. It's not cheap, but it's so nice to enjoy a frozen drink at the beach and they know it! They also have plenty of snacks for the whole family.
