This neighborhood is very nice and beautiful. Beach is 10 minutes away and it is very accesible. You have many different things to do at your fingertips, and that is from dining at any of the delicious restaurants of the hollywood boardwalk, walking on the beach to see the sunset, going into Topeekeegee Yugnee park to experience nature on a kayak or having a casino night at the Hard Rock. There are plenty of activities to do here all year long!
