Wye River is 20 minutes away on the Great Ocean Road. It's a lovely place and one of the best surfing spots near the house. There is an excellent pub and general store (with a fabulous restaurant). If you plan on eating there book well in advance.

Erskine Falls plunges 30 metres into the lush tree-fern gully of the Erskine River.
Feel the fine mist from the cascading water as you take in the views from one of two lookouts. The upper lookout is an easy five-minute walk from the car park. The lower lookout is a more strenuous walk, down some 240 steps to the base of the falls.
