A super hip Japanese restaurant with some of the best sushi I have ever had (yes I know we are in North Carolina just trust). Fun fact: COBO is a combination of the words “Colorado” and “Boone”. This is Nicole’s favorite and her favorite roll is the white dragon roll!

Craft burger restaurant with endless options and specialty cocktails. This place is absolutely amazing and offers some of the most diverse burger options I’ve ever seen (seriously, we had rattle snake burger once). This is Tyler’s favorite restaurant in Boone!

We accidentally discovered Egg Rollin via their food truck at a Halloween event in Boone a few years ago! Egg Rollin is a must try and has such a unique menu (seriously, they have things like pizza egg rolls. You don’t know it but you need to try it :)) highly recommended!

A very popular hiking trail located off of the blue ridge parkway. Perfect for a relaxing hike and has absolutely stunning look out points! This is our personal favorite hiking spot.

Not as boring as it sounds! Pack a picnic and take in the beautiful blue ridge mountains. With plenty of overlooks, this is the perfect way to spend a low key afternoon. There are also plenty of hiking spots along the way!
