Just 15 mins outside of Varna and St Constantine and Helena, the Botanical gardens are worth the trip.
Loads of different species to see, and there are dotted around the park several places to make a BBQ.
There are parking facilities and plenty of porta potties dotted around.

The zoo is located in the park, and its easy to find it. There is a free parking about 10 minutes' walk from it the place isn't such big, but very nice and inexpensive place for family entertainment, suitable for adults and children.

Aquapark is recommended to families with children. It is clean and has plenty of slides for every age. Kids love it. Inside there is a bar and a small restaurant, both affordable.

Residence Euxinograd - Prince Battenberg visited Varna in 1880 and he was welcomed at the monastery “St. Dimitar”, which was situated at the same place, where now the residence stands. The monarch liked the local nature so much, that two years later the Varna municipality bestowed him the monastery and its adjoining lands.
