Sightseeing
You can walk to The Lizard from Seven Pines, passing Mullion Cove & Kynance. It takes about 3 - 5 hours (you can catch the bus back to Mullion if you don't fancy walking). The Lizard is the UK's most southerly point. There are cafes, pubs & gift shops. The Housel Bay Hotel is an excellent place to eat.

Helford is a beautiful hamlet on the Helford River. Great walks, fabulous views. The Shipwrights is an excellent pub on the riverside.

The lake at Loe Bar has a beautiful walk around the penrose Estate. You can park for free near the boating lake in Helston and walk around the lake. It takes about 2.5 hours and goes through woodland and Loe Bar beach

Porthleven has the best eateries in the local area; The Square, Kota & Kota Kai. The harbour is worth a visit. You can walk to Porthleven from Seven Pines if you like a good hike, but for dinner driving would be recommended.
