This is a bit of hidden gem. The food is incredible - the interior not so. Nonetheless Dosa Park is our favourite Indian restaurant/takeaway. It's southern Indian food, so different to the norm.

Although this pub is very touristy it is well worth a visit. Very old and full of character. Don't miss the entrance! It's a very narrow street. You couldn't fit two people next to each other

A bar in Jericho (popular area of Oxford). I'd recommend seeing Freuds because of the impressive building. However, I wouldn't recommend staying there because acoustics are bad and it's expensive.

This place is excellent for cocktails. Very skilled bar staff. Happy hour is until 9 pm.

This pub has been the favourite of many historic authors (including Thomas Hardy). I particularly like it because its prices are honest. Any profits made go towards funding new PhD students.

This is my college - it is small but beautiful. Definitely try and visit a couple of colleges - this one is just an example.

If you're here with the car, it might be worth going to see Blenheim Palace. This one is still on my list, too. It is slightly on the expensive side but (from what I hear) well worth a visit.

This bookstore doesn't look like much on the outside. Take a look inside and be sure to see the Norrington Room located in the basement
