Definitely worth the 15-20min drive to Scottsdale! You'll only see the sign and a little white building from the road, but the whole restaurant is actually underground.

Try NOT to schedule an airport Uber or Lyft ahead of time. They will charge you a ton (triple the usual cost)! give yourself 20 minutes and you'll have no trouble getting an Uber or Lyft anytime of day.
