As well as visiting the palace, you can do a very pleasant walk around the lake and take refreshment in the cafe.
Be sure to take the little train (or walk) to the Pleasure Gardens with its butterfly house and adventure playground. A fantastic day out and when you pay for a day you get free entry for a year!
