This beach park has chair and umbrellas for rent, and plenty of parking. The park has bathrooms and the occasional food truck, but you should bring your own food and drinks. Glass containers are illegal on all beaches, and the fine is $500. They are very strict. Don't take glass.

Pita Paradise is not just my favorite place, it's everyone's! Whether you are a vegetarian like me, or a meat lover, like my husband, you are sure to find tons of delicious dishes here. The thing I love about it is that everything tastes so homemade. It's all great. It's hands-down our favorite local restaurant. Try the Lebanese white wine (dry), it's very good. On weekends, they often have a belly dancer too. My favorite dishes are the Spinach Pie, and the Greek Salad with falafel. Ram's favorites are Lamb Shank, or the whole Sea Bass.

This is my #1 choice for breakfast nearby your condo. It's within walking distance at the end of Central Blvd, at A1A. Zachary's get's great reviews for all foods, but I love the breakfast. They have super omelets, yummy yum pancakes, MIMOSAS and seriously the best restaurant coffee outside of an actual coffee house that I have ever tasted. It's surprisingly good. Try it!

I love Surfinista in Cocoa Beach. It's about a 15 minute drive, but worth the cool vibe. It has lots of vegetarian options and healthy stuff. Great place to have a coffee and watch the passers-by.
