Absolute best French bakery around - the chef has won top honors in France for his recipes. I highly recommend the twice baked chocolate and/or almond croissants...but honestly, there is not a single thing there I wouldn't devour! They offer both sweet and savory pastries, cakes and macaroons, as well as delicious baguettes and breads. Go early - there is ALWAYS a line on the weekends!

Fried chicken and whiskey - need I say more? They were rated in Bon Appetite magazine as one of the ten best restaurants in the country for their fusion of Hawaii'an and Korean-inspired American food. If you want the fried chicken, you have to order it in advance (unless you get lucky). We always sit at the bar to chit chat with the friendly staff - all of the food is amazing and the cocktail menu is always fun!

Owned by the guy across the street, this is a family friendly small chain of pub-style restaurants. Terrific kids menu (more than just nuggets!) and delicious sandwiches - not to mention a great selection of their own beer brewed in this location!

Miles of sandy beach that is usually quiet in the mornings and perfect for a walk or bike ride. Lots of great little places from Top Pot Donuts to the local coffee shops & restaurants to enjoy something to eat while you enjoy the sound of the Sound.
