Chico is a super unique experience. It's an old hotel with two pools, a fine dining restaurant with amazing food, and a grill/bar with bar food and live music. You can pop over for the day for a beautiful drive through Paradise Valley, or stay overnight in the quirky hotel. They even have yoga and a spa, equipped with yoga classes. Check their website for other amenities like horseback riding.
