The Tram M2 goes from here down to Alexanderplatz (Berlin center) in 5 min, from where you can easily reach pretty much everything in Berlin and have a good connection to SXF airport. The opposite M2 station in front of my house goes up to the "Ringbahn" (circle train around Berlin) station "Prenzlauer Allee", from which you can reach TXL airport quite fast.

Tram M10 Station. Berliners call this line sometimes the "party tram" because it connects the nightlife suburbs of Friedrichshain with the one of Prenzlauer Berg. Use this tram to visit e.g. the famous Mauerpark on Sundays (Station "Jahnstadion") or to visit the "Boxhagener Kiez" in Friedrichshain with lots of bars and coffee places (Station "Warschauer Straße").
