Fridas, great tapas and a selection of wines by the glas. Great breakfasts as well, served until late. My favourite tapas, part from the daily specials, are the bacon wrapped dates.

One of the best sushi places in town, and considering this is a city with a big Japanese population, that really means something. Don't worry, if it's full there are plenty of other places around.

Unexpected name for a Korean restaurant - this is a great place with pretty authentic Korean food - took a long time before I found it but after I did I keep coming back, great food, cosy atmosphere.

If in Düsseldorf, you simply have to try Alt, the local beer, a dark looking beer but it has a lot in common with lager. And if you are going to drink Alt, why not at this classical place?
