Ellie's Restaurant in the Mills Park Hotel is only blocks from the studio and has great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and drinks in the evening. My favorite is their Deep Southern Benedict for breakfast or Sunday brunch.

Glen Helen is a few blocks east of Hoot 'n' Haller Studio. It's a beautiful place to take a hike, visit the nature center, and see the historic Yellow Spring.
