At Kenny's Noodle House, the quiet, maroon-walled restaurant on the corner of Southeast Powell Boulevard and 83rd Avenue, it's not the noodles that keep us coming back for more, but the congee. Thanks to hours of simmering and a touch of cornstarch, Kenny's version of the classic Chinese rice porridge is ultra silky, and can be mixed with nearly 30 different combinations of meats and vegetables to suit your palate.
