Sightseeing
Wonderful House which is open to the public on select days. Turner painted here and the House has a number of his paintings. The Deer Park offers wonderful walking with views to the South Downs and is open every day. There is a larger ‘walkers’ car park at the north of the park on the main road (A286). There is free parking at the Tillington Gate on the A272.

You can walk straight out of our garden and onto Ebernoe Common. It has a labyrinth of footpaths and you are unlikely to see anyone else on your walk. Highly recommended.

Bignor Hill is our favourite place to park to walk on the South Downs Way. The nearby White Horse pub in Sutton is a highly recommended.

Polo is played at Cowdray from the end of April until September with the highlight being the Gold Cup for the British Open which is played from the end of June until the Final in July.
