Life changing, must experience the wonder of this park. See Moose, Elk and Longhorn Sheep. Amazing!!! Best in the summer to get there early to get parking.

Beautiful huge lake with a 1.3 mile gravel path around it, with views of 13,000 foot peaks. Wonderful picnic area and playground for kids. In the summer enjoy outdoor concerts under the stars.

Denver Zoo is dedicated to the preservation of these species, and are committed to teaching the public about how we need to protect these many endangered beautiful animals. Very educational for everyone. It is also so lovely and peaceful there. Such a great way to spend an afternoon. Eat lunch while observing and hearing all assortment of wildlife.
