Chef prepared food, good beer and an awesome bakery. The restaurant has a pub type decor reminiscent of pubs in Europe. Please note, while ambiance and food is good, the service can be sketchy. Worth a try though.

Very nice restaurant on the river in Gruene. A nice day out would be wine tasting and shopping, then a nice lunch OR a nice dinner with a show next door at Gruene Hall.

Be sure to check the www.toursanmarcos.com for amenities and special events. Doesn’t cost a thing to visit, just mind the rules and cleanup after yourself.
