This is truly a wonder of the world that is a definite must see from below and from on top. There are countless different paths and hiking routes to get up to the top or you can do the cable car way if you are not so active. Some people hike up and cable car down too which is the best of both worlds.

Food Drink & Good Vibe Markets
One of the most famous weekend markets in Cape Town with live music, many curios, fashionable items and plenty food and drink stalls. It does get very busy so going early is highly recommended & parking can be tricky so ideally Uber there. It is an 8 minute drive from your room.

This is also a fantastic market to visit , which has a better location and a bit more space to walk around in. It’s got plenty food and drink stalls and is a great vibe on a Saturday and Sunday (Sunday being a bit quieter). Plenty of parking available in the area so you can drive otherwise Uber is always a good option.

Active Adventure
Active things to do for the adventurous!
The quickest & easiest active way to get a magnificent 360 degree view over Cape Town & of Table Mountain! It’s a moderate walk, with some basic climbing of ladders and rocks but the effort is well worth it as the view is stunning! It’s best done to catch the sunrise or sunset while on top. It does get busy but everyone is polite and waiting times are not as long as the cable car for the mountain. Highly recommended for the active person. Be sure to carry a torch and a jacket in case. The wind can be tough so best to time it wisely.

Beaches
Without doubt the most picturesque beach in Cape Town, if not the world! A must see on non windy days , when you can spend the entire day lounging around on the white sandy beach marveling at this stunning location. Parking is very restricted so rather Uber or go on the MyCiti bus (there is a bus stop right at the entrance to the area).

There are 4 Clifton Beaches within a 1km long bay in Cape Town - each with its own characteristic. This being the bigger more popular one where you can spend the day tanning, lazing around & gazing at the gorgeous turquoise water. Often motor yachts anchor just offshore which adds to the charm of the beach. There is some parking but definitely go early to make use of that or Uber. There is also a MyCiti stop right outside.
