Food Scene
Czech Republic has become home to many Vietnamese people, whose delicious meals and hospitality we enjoyed during our travels across Vietnam. We were thrilled by genuine Vietnamese meals at “PHO NEM” restaurant, which also serves Thai food. Nem for an appetizer, followed by Bun Bo Nam Bo are our favorites! Walk up the road for less than 5 minutes.

A small espresso bar “Zastav se” with an adjacent bistro “Posaď se“ offers a few, yet tasty international meals, just a minute walk down the road.

For traditional Czech food (which is delicious, but quite filling - be prepared!), we recommend the oldest pub-eatery in Žižkov, called “U Slovanské Lípy”. Our favorite meals include Roasted duck and “Svíčková“ – beef sirloin in a creamy sauce, which was served at our own wedding. Tasty beer will help you digest! Walk down the road for approximately 10 minutes.

Parks & Nature
Just outside of the apartment you can find a vast green park with a National Monument including a gigantic statue of a Czech warrior Zizka on a horse. This place offers nice city views too!

Sightseeing
The Prague Caste is a must-do for every tourist in Prague. My favourite part is the Golden Lane (Zlata Ulicka) with tiny houses from the 16th century which include furnishings and decorations from the old times.
