Absolutely the best tacos I've had. Get there at 10:30pm. Maybe they're open, maybe they wait till 11pm to open. Either way, you'll be first in line (long lines form quickly) and you'll have plenty of people watching to do while you wait. Open till 3 pm. They take cards, but speak little English. Asada and Pastor tacos are soooo good.

One of the oldest joints in San Antonio for live music, cheap drinks, decent eats. First place I visited in San Antonio when I bought my house. Sunday gospel brunch chicken and waffles are a solid bet as well.
