The best food in town, if you only have one meal out while staying in Chamonix, then I would highly recommend Munchie. It is Thai fusion cuisine and the staff are lovely. I highly recmommend booking to avoid disappointment.

Whether you're after an amazing brunch or are out on the town at night, Monkey bar is always a good option. Reasonably priced food and drinks, and regular cocktail and beer happy hours.

Sightseeing
If you do one thing during your stay, and if you are lucky enough to have a clear day then you should 100% go up the Auguille du Midi cable car. The views are breath taking and you get a real scale of the sheer height and beauty of Mont Blanc and the rest of the alps
