Everyone should experience a drive on The Blue Ridge Parkway. The Parkway runs from Virginia all the way to Cherokee, NC. Beautiful scenery, overlooks and amazing vistas the whole way. No big trucks are allowed on the Parkway and the speed limit is 45. This allows you to take in all the amazing sights that creation has to offer. Of course, there are exits all along the way to take in the art, culture, and crafts of the Appalachian and Smoky Mountains.

No big trucks are allowed on the Parkway and the speed limit is 45. This allows you to take in all the amazing sights that creation has to offer. Of course, there are exits all along the way to take in the art, culture, and crafts of the Appalachian and Smoky Mountains.
Moravian Falls is a scenic waterfall in the foothills of the Brushy Mountains in adjoining Wilkes County. The waterfall is privately owned by a campground who has built a reproduction of an old mill next to the falls. The campground owners have allowed the public to access the falls, so long as folks ask permission inside the camp store before walking to the falls. Visitors are required to obey all campground rules concerning the falls, and are not allowed to swim near or above the falls.
