The BEST Indian food! Try the Goan Fish Curry - the owner is the only one who ever seasons the dishes. The place closes when he leaves. It's incredible.

They make ice cream here that I didn't even know was possible. With the best textures, flavour profiles, and collaborations with fresh and local ingredients it's the best ice cream you'll have guaranteed.

The best single origin coffees. The best baristas. Right in the heart of roncey. It's just the best. That's it. They have cold brew in the summer and elderberry hibiscus sparkling tea as well. All baked goods are made in house and are incredible! Try a blueberry scone or ginger cookie - you won't be disappointed!

For a quick walk away, this is my go-to coffee shop. I've been going here for over 4 years and it's still just as good as it was. I would highly recommend stopping in.

This is the only Pay What You Can studio in Toronto! In a stunning renovated church room, this yoga studio has some of the kindest teachers and the most relaxing atmosphere. It's accessible to everyone and is a walk through the park or a quick ride on the TTC. With classes everyday at varying times you can hit up a restorative after a long day of exploring or go in the morning to get yourself ready for action!

Drinks & Nightlife

This funky little place (that isn't so little) is easy to miss with its big leafy window! But we assure you, behind the steamy door is a bad-ass bar with amazing murals, picnic tables, affordable and creative drink specials every night and a snack platter during the week! It's a great place to meet cool locals.

They don't take Visa, but other than that it's a well stocked and very close grocery store that's also well priced!

Getting Around

There is a bus stop FROM the station in front of the house, and TO the station across the street! Otherwise, it's a straight-shoot walk down high park for 2 blocks. Takes about 7 minutes.
