Getting Around
Nearest train station. You will have to catch O-e sen from here and get off at "Okada-yuri" bus stop. It is about 20 mins bus ride.

Trek to Mt.Akaiwa starts from here in Saihouji where our guesthouse is located. 3 hours hike to and back. Enjoy the spectacular view of Kyo-Tango and Maizuru region.

Half an hour drive to one of the three most scenic point of Japan, Amanohashidate, if you fancy a bit of sightseeing. You can also see it from the top of Mt.Akaiwa.
