Don't miss this wonderful place in Stockholm. The island is full of things to do and see. From ABBA museum to culture, arts, tivoli by the sea and food. Great place for adults and kids. On this island you will find the famous Wasa Ship, a brag build that went wrong. Huge wood ship that only sailed for a few hundred meters and then sank du to bad engineering. Very costly apparently, but the king at the time wanted a big fancy boat. And no one dared question the engineering. A bit funny if you ask me.

Djurgården
Don't miss this wonderful place in Stockholm. The island is full of things to do and see. From ABBA museum to culture, arts, tivoli by the sea and food. Great place for adults and kids. If you have the time, I really recommend taking a boat into the Stockholm Archipelago and visit Sandhamn for a day or even spend a night there at the Sailor Hotel. The boat passes through our very beautiful archipelago. This is really something to see and I go here every summer. Great place for walks, food, beach and beautiful views. It will take you all day so plan well with boats etc. Boats you will find at Strandvägen and Nybrokajen.

If you have the time, I really recommend taking a boat into the Stockholm Archipelago and visit Sandhamn for a day or even spend a night there at the Sailor Hotel. If you are a lover of asian food, this is the place. Asian Fusion at its best. I can really really recommend the palm suger crispy pork dish, if you try it you will want to have it again. And the little snack leaves are to die for. This place is located in the city and there are lots of bars and restaurants near by.

One of the great Italian food places in Stockholm. The owner used to be a well known singer and dancer in Sweden; Emilio Ingrosso. Great food!

A visit to Skansen will give you a fantastic experience of Sweden. Here you see what houses looked like in the old days, crafts and hand made glass workshop. And don's leave Sweden without seeing a moose (elk or Älg as we call them), they are the King of the Forest and are very majestic. We Swedes love them and here you can get up close and personal. They also have other animals here and a terrarium. Great for family days and a true piece of Sweden.

This is an absolute must, in the middle of the city this beautiful old town will give you a great walk feeling the history in every step. There are great restaurants and bars in this area. Very cosy and special place.
