Fun park with a lot of wildlife. Is often Bald Eagles (US national bird) flying around in the evening or dusk, fishing in Lake Washington.

Only the locals know it, but it is supremely beautiful with stunning views. Love to see all the mansions from the park. Small but very scenic.

A few great trails, one to the west of the parking lot across the road which follows the creek with stunning nature. The other up the hill goes to a very scenic waterfall and good hiking.

It is a European (French) style park, with a walking loop (0.5 mile), and plenty of grass. Recently finished, it is adjacent to the mall, and is fun to go there taking a break from the shopping.

Where Jimi Hendrix is buried. There is an interesting mausoleum there. You can drive right up to it. About 1.5km from the house.

The salmon fish latter is really neat to see when fish are going through it, they are big. Also a nice museum of the way the waterway was changed.

Good people watching. Some shops are really overpriced, but the flowers are quite reasonable. Some interesting and unique items and shops. It is the oldest outdoor open air market in continuous existence.

Best beach in Seattle, and great people watching during nice weather. Feels like California in the summer there, and parking can be a real challenge. Even during bad weather the walk is still very scenic.

Their food (especially the burgers) are really good, as is the beer. I love playing shuffleboard there (it is free) or darts. It has a old gothic tavern feel, but right in the middle of downtown Bellevue.
