It's 2.6 mile hike and a bit steep in spots but the actual trail is very well marked and can be done by just about any age and it's a stunning view once at the top with Sacandaga Lake to the south. Have a snack at the top while you sit on the flat rock and take in the beauty.

The trail is primarily used for hiking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from May until November. A little over 4 miles from lakehouse.
