THE BEST BREAKFAST IN THE COUNTY! And an absolutely gorgeous redone classic diner. Super cute Pulp fiction-esque style bar attached. Owned by an ex Broadway Show Designer this place always wins. A must!

Truly a local secret and possibly one of the best restaurants up here. A family run business with an excellent bar staff who will make you a bangin manhattan! One of the places putting upstate on the foodie map. Relaxed atmosphere, damn good food.

The only place to get a good latte. Super cute and a good breakfast spot. If you like wine check their latest selections and watch the locals come in and out as you sit at the stainless steel bar. Very fun. tell Allison Freya sent you and you want an Aussie cappuccino ;-)

This place is a local hang out and the only place open till 2AM. Has great cocktails, beers, a pool table, jute box, sandwiches and an awesome patio! I luv it. It is also a converted railroad station.

Parks & Nature
A great hike with an amazing view at the top. Need to be in decent to great shape though. There is also a Tibetan Monastery at the beginning of the hike which is cool to check out. Drive into Woodstock town and take Rock City Road to the top of the mountain. It's a straight shot and there's a parking lot up there. VERY busy on weekends so get in early. Bring water as there is nothing up there. There is a porta potty... bring paper.

There is a nice swimming hole at the end of this road going out of town. The road comes to a T intersection at the end and under the bridge you will see where people are swimming.

A car rental place. They are all on Ulster Ave but at least you can start with this one :-) It really is best to have a car here so you can really see the sights.

This is the bus stop right in town coming from NYC. You will need a car to get to us from here or get out at the Cub Market practically right out front our door!
