Food Scene

Great pub food that is creative and delicious! There can be a bit of a wait in the summer months, so be prepared for a list. However, it is downtown and there are plenty of fun shops to visit while you wait. Make sure to checkout their specials food board and their rotating beers on tap. If they have fresh tuna, their tataki is a favorite of mine.

Fantastic steaks and seafood, in a cozy atmosphere. The food is top notch! Their wine and beer selection is plentiful, but heads up that they do not have cocktails offered. I always enjoy their stuffed jalapenos as an appetizer, followed by their steak medallions or halibut, with a risotto substitute for the garlic mash. And we sometimes finish it off with their delicious peanut butter pie.

Dupuis is a historic restaurant, with antiques strewn throughout the dining area and white linens on the tables. Its cozy atmosphere makes it a favorite amongst locals. They have a wonderful selection of seafood, steak, etc. The meals are served with rolls and honey butter, with a starter salad or soup...this is a rarity to have these included in today's restaurant fare.
