This is currently my favourite bar in Bristol and really the only place I go to if I want a table. Great music if you like hip-hop and chart tracks, great people and great drinks. Table service is good, staff are pretty cool and you're better off getting a table and bottle service than standing and waiting to get served. Dress code: You want to dress to impress

2.5 miles off the city centre, this wonder of a park is huge. Perfect for running, cycling, walking, chilling, eating etc. You can walk there in about 45-60 minutes from the apartment. Alternatively get the 71 bus route towards UWE Bower Ashton, get off at the last stop and then it's only around 5 minutes' walk to the park.

Bristol's biggest (and probably nicest) shopping centre. During the Christmas period, the mall is decorated and an ice rink is also usually opened. It's around 6 miles off the city centre, and any of the following buses will get you straight there from the city centre, (though they take around 1 hour to get there): - 73 - 75 - 76
