Great organic bakery. Amazing sour dough bread and cakes. The Morning Bun is one of my absolute favourite sweet baked goods ever. They also serve tea and coffee to go and buns with cheese and butter.

One of the first "hipster cafés" in Copenhagen with good atmosphere and no fuzz attitude. Fair prices, excellent, solid meals, large portions. Rustic, take on "smørrebrød" for lunch and nice, hearty warm (mostly Danish) dishes for dinner. Everything made from scratch.
For brunch I love their Eggs Benedict.
Closes fairly late, so can be a nice place to grab a beer before going out.

Tiki themed cocktail bar with a large rum selection and excellent cocktail menu (and yes, you can have a flaming 8 person vulcano cocktail). This is not a wannabe tiki bar, but a look into what a really cool, 50's-60's tiki bar would be like. They went all in. Beautiful place.
They invite DJ's from time to time - of course playing old school music.

Smokey rock bar. One of the best if you'r into that sort of thing. Mostly psych, garage, prog, beat and heavy rock. Fair prices and the best bar staff in town. Good vibes.

Love this park during spring and summer.
On a hill. in some parts it almost has a forest feel.
In Søndermarken you will also find Cisternerne which is the old underground water facility. Today it is used for exhibitions. very special place.
in springtime it hosts a fantastic science festival called Bloom.
In winter it's the best place for sledding - if you are lucky enough to be here on a snowy day.
next to Søndermarken is The Zoo and Frederiksberg Garden, another lovely park with a chinese pavillon.

Yes they do have a collection of bones and "stuff in jars". Do not go there if you are pregnant or planning to have a baby... Just saying.
