Naxos is the ideal destination for food lovers, so its a good opportunity to try local products. Very close to the house are plenty of choices such as: Naxian gastronomy, Apolausi and Naxiotissa. In aliko try Faros and in Moutsouna you can try Panormitis. For fish, I recommend Faros in Aliko, Apanemi in Moutsouna and Nissaki hotel. In glyfada beach there is a good tavern you can enjoy greek food. If you like grill try this very traditional in Glinado, Mina tavern. In Apeiranthos the best is Platanos and Lefteris. In Melanes there is Vasilis tavern. In Koronos try Matina. In Lionas Delfinaki. In Chora there is Maro, typografeio, Apostolis. Well, especially during mid July end of august I avoid eating in Chora, Plaka beach, Agios Prokopios and Asia Anna they are way too commercial and overcrowded.
