This is my go-to neighborhood bar. Cute and charming, rarely gets packed but usually not totally dead either. Surprisingly good bar food with a wide variety of choices.

This is a cheeeeappp dive bar with couches and a super chill scene. I like to come here on a rainy afternoon to play board games. It's also a good way to have a Sunday Funday and not break the bank.

Huge space (rare find in NYC) with indoor and outdoor seating. A good place to spend a beautiful day, or visit for your first drink on a fun night out. It's great pretty much anytime you go.

Sunset cruise around the tip of Manhattan. Buy the all-you-can-drink wine/beer ticket - it's worth it if you plan to have more than a glass or two of wine. If you want to see the Statue of Liberty up close, skip the tourist traps and do this instead.

Really really good sushi in the Lower East Side. Order the fried rice!! Afterwards walk across the street to Mr. Purple for a rooftop night cap.
