Cool vibe with amazing coffee (get the flat white!) one block from our downtown home. They also serve a variety of pastries and have gluten free options. Try the daily toast specials. I love the smoked salmon toast!!

An awesome place for pizza and a beer. Toboggan has a wide range of its own beer, brewed right on the premises. The pizza is made in their wood-fired ovens. The menu has a lot of other interesting options, including salads, tacos and sandwiches. Lots of large screen TVs if you are a sports-type. Live music on certain nights as well.

This place rocks! Interesting cocktails with fabulous sharing plates. Open 3:30pm until late. This is one of our favourite go-to spots for a celebration after a successful day or a long week.
