Next to the chain Bridge, in Pest, in the summer, there is a place called PONTOON. great place to party, electronic music.
ON the other side of the bridge, as well in Pest, there is another place called Traffiq. Dance, pop, comercial music.

If you just want to go to where everyone goes... then go to Gozsdu street. Full of bars and restaurants, but full of drunk tourists as well. Lots of fun.
