Favorite Bars
The Grange bar scene is always solid, with people from all walks of life. Many locals use this as their watering hole for pre gaming and well as for night caps, since the bar is consistently open until 4am every day of the week. The food in the restaurant is always top notch.

The drinks at this coffee/cocktail bar start at 4pm, and include bar food offerings which seem to be a hit. New kid on the block still working the kinks out, but hard to find anything else this far uptown on the Frederick Douglass side.

This dive, and quite literally since it's below street level and hard to find, is actually quite a gem. With speakeasy and retro vibes, and a bar so low it makes you feel like the bartenders are miniature pawns in a game of cocktail chess, you can certainly channel your inner queen.
