Number one in São Paulo (at least for me). They brew their beers in locus! Ask for the "sampler" to taste all of their all-year beer collection. The food menu is also incredible. On Saturdays they serve an all-you-can-eat 'Feijoada' for only R$ 39,90 . Totally worth the visit.

It's a tour for all kinds of travelers (groups, couples, families, solo) and it is only 30km (~19 miles) away from the city center. You can access it by car or bus (line 33 - "Embu das Artes" - leaving from Morumbi metro station - yellow line 4) at the cost of R$ 9.75.
