Situata nella zona più a nord del litorale è La gola, caratterizzata da scogli alti e scoscesi da cui lanciarsi in audaci tuffi. Avanzando verso sud, in località Carisciola, si incontra un fiumiciattolo che solca la spiaggia della Mezzaluna, a forma di spicchio, in parte libera e in parte attrezzata che, con il suo fondale basso e sabbioso, è l’ideale per i più piccoli.
Più avanti si trovano la spiaggia libera dell’Isoletta e la piccola spiaggia con solarium dello Scoglio del Cavallo caratterizzata da un’isoletta scogliosa che evoca la forma di un destriero.
Nel pieno centro di Santa Sabina spunta la spiaggia libera dei Camerini con un fondale basso e sabbioso, dominata dalla Torre di Santa Sabina, una delle tre vedette costiere a forma ottagonale a cappello da prete di Puglia.
