This pizzeria and osteria opened in December 2014 and it already appears to be one of best restaurants in town. The sibling owners, Angelika and Luigi Marrocco, have created a beautiful, large space with contemporary design and some of the best pizza in town (gluten free options available). Some nights feature live music, so get ready to dance and have a great time. Situated in a large masseria, it’s possible to walk from Palazzo Andriani (maybe 20 minutes), but plenty of parking is available near the restaurant.

Barman Carlo Liuzzi is the most famous mixologist in the region and combines the best top shelf spirits with his own mixes. Conveniently located between Palazzo Andriani and the main piazza, it's worth stopping by and letting Carlo recommend his latest invention. Latest favourites are the smoky Mezcal Negroni and the Pisco Punch.

As with may restaurants, there is no menu. Instead, the food starts coming after you sit down, and each dish is an excellent example of the regional cuisine. Be sure to explore the gardens and old olive press.
A bit further away, but well worth the drive. This is probably the most upscale among the group of restaurants recommended, but still casual and comfortable. The food is excellent and each course is paired with wine from their winery.

This combination butcher and restaurant is a paradise for carnivores. Upon entering you are asked to browse the meat counter and pick out the meats you want grilled for dinner. The speciality is called a bombette, which is pancetta wrapped around almost anything.
