Our fave! Best beer selection I've ever seen - 15 taps in constant rotation and 100s of bottles. Delicious seasonal menu changes every couple weeks and specializes in wood fired pizza. Best meatballs!

This is the closest bar to the apartment. Cozy neighborhood spot with great salads, sandwiches, and meat/cheese plates. Excellent happy hour deals from 5-7.

Seattle's oldest dive. Lots and lots of character! This is the first place I always bring visiting friends. The tuna melt is the best I've ever had (seriously)! Open 24 hours.

Our very own local brewery, and it is GOOD. You can walk here in 15 minutes or less and get a very generous "half pour" (or several) for only $2 each.

Our favorite local dive relocated to this address a few years ago. A bit more of a walk than the old spot, but well worth it for cheap drinks and good company! The kitchen opens at 5pm and takes cash only. Tacos are only $1 on Thursdays!

I actually used to work here years ago when it was called Red Papaya. You can get decent pho on pretty much any corner in town, but the chicken ginger pho you get here is THE BEST! Especially if you're under the weather.
