The Golden Bee is a British style piano bar across the street from the famous Broadmoor Hotel. It is part of the hotel property. This place gets packed on weekends so you have to get there early.

If you hike, plan to be at the trailhead by 5am to get to the top and back in a day. If you drive, look online or call to make sure the highway is open. It is a toll road and there has been construction at the summit.

This is an amazing hike, but not to be taken lightly. It is 1 mile in length and 2000 ft of elevation gain. Take some water, dress for the hike, and take your time. It is worth the hike to say you did it and see the great views.

This is a great little town to visit. Lots of little unique shops and things to see. There is zip-lining and lots of good food and craft beer. Don't miss the Coffin Races downtown on Oct 26th.
