If you only eat at one bar-b-q place in Memphis, first of all shame on you, but secondly this is the one! You can't go wrong with the pulled pork or the ribs, but the bar-b-que chicken drummies are excellent as well. This is slow food, so go with someone you want to spend time with or get to know and grab a drink and enjoy the experience.

Ask any Memphian where the best bbq is, and you'll get a different answer from every one you ask. This is not my #1, but it's really good bar-b-que!
