A little about why we love Bed Stuy and neighboring communities.
Beautiful neighborhood, rich with history from the Underground Railroad to being the home of many famous people over the years, including Jay-Z, The Notorious B.I.G., Norah Jones, and Shirley Chisolm. Check out the Biggie Mural up our street on Quincy Street (turn left on our street, and go past Marcy and Nostrand, then mural is on your left at the corner of Bedford Avenue).

Trendy neighborhood next to Bed Stuy (take G train to Metropolitan-Lorimer, then transfer on L train one stop towards Manhattan to Bedford Avenue) that was the original trendy neighborhood. It is as much a destination as Manhattan with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, art, and performance spaces. The waterfront on the East River has many new developments coming up, including the lovely restoration of the Domino sugar factory into Domino Park (300 Kent Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249).
