Byron is a must visit for first time visitors. Its only an hour's drive from Burleigh Heads and worth spending a day here. Relax on the beach, enjoy a beer at the Stone and Wood brewery and hike up to the most easterly point in Australia - Byron Bay Lighthouse.

Getting to and from the airport
Unfortunately the Gold Coast airport isn't very well connected at this stage. The cheapest and easiest way to get to and from the airport to our accommodation is by using a ride sharing option.
