Lovely place just up the hill overlooking the Töölö bay. It's a nice spot to read a book and have a coffee. There are two cafes, one outside the Blue Villa and one in the lakeside.

Famous café Regatta is definitely worth a visit with many many funny details of Finnish culture. Magnificent views by the sea and located close to the Sibelius monument.
