Ballard Locks are a great way to see the active boat life in the area (commercial fishing boats next to yachts!).

Discovery Park- just across town in Magnolia, there's a huge park with tons of family friendly walks from trees to the sea and a recently redone playground that kids love.

Hosted the US Open about 5 years ago. Views are spectacular. A bit pricey but highly recommended. Considered the best public golf course in the state.
